Their prices have consistently been better than any rental company I've found in the Hattiesburg area, and the entire process has been simple and stress-free every time. If you have about five days before you need the vehicle, making a reservation online should work just fine. The only downside is that the rental department is closed on weekends, so vehicle pickup and drop-off aren't available on Saturdays or Sundays. As a result, customers may have to pay for the entire weekend even if they don't need the vehicle for those extra days. That small inconvenience aside, the excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and overall experience make Toyota of Hattiesburg's rental department an easy 5-star recommendation.
