Toyota of Hattiesburg Rental FAQ
Are you guaranteed a rental when a reservation is made?
No, you are not guaranteed a rental. When you place a reservation, you must call the Rental Department to confirm that the vehicle you are looking to rent is currently available. If not, you can talk with the Rental Coordinator about how to exchange it for a car that is available for rent, if any.
Do we sell insurance?
No, you must provide your own full coverage insurance policy.
Can you drop off a rental at another location?
Rentals must be returned to the location it was picked up from.
When do I pay?
You must pay a deposit on the day of reservation. Then pay for the rental day of pick up.
Can we deliver a rental?
We can NOT deliver a rental to your location. You must show in person to rent a vehicle.
Can a friend drive?
No unauthorized person may drive the rental vehicle unless on rental agreement.
Do additional drivers have to be present when picking up rental?
All drivers must be present on the day of pick up and must provide license and insurance to be added to the rental agreement.
Is the deposit included in the final price of the rental?
The deposit and the bill for the rental are two separate prices.
Do we rent any other vehicle besides Toyota?
We only rent Toyota vehicles.
How far out can you book a rental?
All reservations must be made the current month or one month in advance.
Can we loan cars?
NO, Toyota of Hattiesburg Rental Department does not loan cars.
