My family has rented vehicles from Toyota of Hattiesburg's rental department three times over the past two months, and we plan to continue using them whenever we need a rental vehicle. Their prices have consistently been better than any rental company I've found in the Hattiesburg area, and the entire process has been simple and stress-free every time. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Jordan and Brad. They have been wonderful to work with on every rental. They are knowledgeable, accommodating, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It's rare to find customer service this consistent, and they are a big reason we keep coming back. One tip for anyone needing a rental: if you need a vehicle right away, call and speak with the rental department directly. If you have about five days before you need the vehicle, making a reservation online should work just fine. We've found that direct communication can be especially helpful when you're trying to secure a vehicle quickly. The only downside is that the rental department is closed on weekends, so vehicle pickup and drop-off aren't available on Saturdays or Sundays. As a result, customers may have to pay for the entire weekend even if they don't need the vehicle for those extra days. That small inconvenience aside, the excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and overall experience make Toyota of Hattiesburg's rental department an easy 5-star recommendation. We look forward to renting from them again in the future.
